Sarah Holden is a consultant movement
psychotherapist and a group analyst. She has specialised knowledge and
experience in enabling people to use both words and movement to explore
and resolve personal problems and emotional difficulties. She has over
twenty years experience of working in the National Health Service and has
a long-standing Private Practice conducting individual therapy and small
groups.
Sarah has been involved in the
establishment of Movement Psychotherapy as a profession in the United
Kingdom and provides both professional development and clinical
supervision for qualified and trainee therapists.
Sarah is a member of the Institute of
Group Analysis, is registered with UK Council for Psychotherapy, and is a
Fellow and Senior Registered practitioner of the Association for Dance
Movement Psychotherapy UK.
Sarah’s practice is based in newly
equipped rooms within a few minutes of central Croydon, with adjacent
rail, tram and bus links to central London, the south of England, Clapham
and Wimbledon.
